Google and Meta. Google acts for us when it processes Google Analytics data. For the information the Meta Pixel collects and sends, we and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited are joint controllers. Meta is responsible for what it does with that information once it has it, including using it for its own purposes (Meta's Privacy Policy). Google LLC and Meta Platforms, Inc. are in the USA. Both are certified under the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (the "UK-US data bridge"), which the UK recognises as giving adequate protection.

Changing your mind. Use "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page, or the button below. Choosing No turns the tool off straight away and deletes its cookies from our site. It does not affect what was collected before. Cookies Google or Meta hold on their own sites can be controlled in your Google and Facebook settings or in your browser.

Videos, tours and maps. These providers may set cookies when the page loads.

More. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use personal information and your rights.

Some cookies and similar technology are always on, because the site needs them to work: keeping you signed in, taking payments securely through Stripe, checking that our forms are filled in by people and not bots (Cloudflare Turnstile), and remembering your cookie choice.

With your permission, we'd also like to use:

  • Analytics: Google Analytics, to count visits and see which pages are used, so we can improve the site.
  • Marketing: the Meta Pixel, which tells Meta (Facebook and Instagram) which of our pages you visit, so we can measure our adverts and show them to people who have visited us. Meta also uses this information for its own purposes, as its privacy policy explains.

Neither is used unless you say yes. You can change your mind at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. Cookie Policy
